I am a new patient of Dr. Little's. She was recommended by a good friend. I found her to be forthcoming and offering a great deal of knowledge regarding my lung disease. I am hopeful that she lives up to her excellent reputation. I know that she really cares deeply for her patients. This is a doctor with a big heart and I am grateful to have her as my physician. Regarding her staff, I have found them to be very caring and helpful. They seem to work hard and have a good attitude.

I have just had the most insulting conversation with the staff at this office. I tried to reschedule due to unforeseen events outside of my control, and I was told that if I did I would not be able to see the doctor AT ALL!! When I asked why they basically said that it wasn't important to me and other patients are waiting. My family practice doctor recommended Dr. Little but her staff is TERRIBLE!!
I love Dr Little, she is a very caring and knowledgable doctor. BUT her staff is terrible, they don't care about you at all, they return calls to home instead of cell phone like you asked and you can't respond since their office is closed by the time you got home. They don't relate messages to the doctor until the end of the day. Overall uncaring staff.
