I have been a patient of Dr Kamholz for almost 3 decades, and have sent her many new patients, including my college aged daughter. After all this time, I am looking for a new Dr because of her receptionist. I am so tired of her rudeness and I have sat in the waiting room and watched her treat everyone this way, and it is completely unacceptable. She is an excellent primary care MD. I have been with her for many years and have never had an issue. She has always been there for me when I needed her.
I have NEVER posted before but I have to say I am very disappointed in Dr. Kamholz. She has been our physician for many years but she is clearly not the same physician that she used to be. We have had to follow up about prescription refills multiple times. This week she wouldn’t see my husband until WE conducted an independent CoVid Test. Today during a call she was rude, and didn’t even ask about my symptoms. She stated she would be available in 5 days and made no referral or suggestion about how to seek other help. Dr Kamholtz has been my physician for about 15 years. She is very personable and caring and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. When you call the office you get her staff, not a central scheduling center. You can easily leave a message for the nurse or reach the Dr or nurse through the portal. I have always been able to get in timely when sick. Highly recommend.
