I’ve been seeing Dr. Herdzik for a long time and should have switched off years ago. She’s sometimes really rude, even when I come in with a pleasant attitude and try to chat with her. She’s been wrong on my diagnosis several times, and routinely blows off my concerns. She can be nice and helpful when she wants to be, but she’s old school and doesn’t care about your opinions or thoughts.

Reception staff was entirely professional, timely, courteous, and friendly apart from one bad phone call experience. I would've liked to stay with this office just for the reception department. Dr. Herdzik simply felt disengaged mentally and detached emotionally during our brief visit. I had expressed to the office upon scheduling an appt. that I wanted a physical since it had been a long time. Towards the end of our appt. Terrible doctor! Does not communicate and makes me feel belittled . Also very forgetful. I think she needs to retire.
