Went several times. Each resulted in a bad experience with rude office staff. Doctors seem more interested in getting to the next task than in addressing patient concerns and questions. Not willing to go back.
Absolutely love Dr Huhn Usry. She has been my doctor for many years. She’s knowledgeable and caring. I walked out of today’s last minute appointment breathing a sigh of relief. I’ve never left an appointment without all questions being answered and a few laughs being shared. The staff is polite at both offices. I’ve also had visits with the NP’s and feel confident in their abilities.
I had a great experience. Dr. Usry was very good!
While Dr. Huhn-Usry was nice enough I really think she's more worried about getting people in and out on whatever medicine they ask for than actually listening. I went to her after months of issues. She didn't run any tests, just said my stomach issues were a cause of drainage from my allergies. After finding another dr that tested me I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease.
Can never get in to actually see the doctor. Patients don't have a doctor, they have a nurse practitioner.
While I LOVED this doctor, at least one person on the front office staff was completely rude. After going to her for years I made the decision to leave the doctors based on office staff. It was a hard decision, but I don't regret it.
