Straightforward and quite informative.
Dr. Hsu is very caring and professional. For surgery, she takes the time to explain how the procedure will go each step of the way. During the procedure she explains exactly what she will be doing as the surgery progresses. In addition, she is very friendly to her OR nurses. Great doctor.
