We had a first time ultrasound appointment at the Olson Center. The nurse was very personable and told us that the doctor would be in to answer any questions we had. When Dr. Finney arrived at our room, she appeared to be dismissive, condescending, and annoyed by the two questions we asked her. I made multiple calls in regards to issues my daughter was having with her IUD that was placed the end of May. I left a message for a nurse to call me back. The nurse called and said she would inform Dr. Finney of the constant bleeding and 3 fainting spells my daughter was having. After getting a call back, I was told to give her ibuprofen for the bleeding and if the fainting spells continued to go to the ER or her PCP.
