Incredibly thankful for Dr Benson’s care in diagnosing and management of significant blood pressure issues (I’m early 40s) With her incredible experience (and knowledge of new advancements) she is able to explain clearly what’s going on with my health, what can help taking into account lifestyle factors and her kindness to keep persisting to find the best possible outcome is a breath of fresh air. Dr Katherine Benson has been my endocrinologist for more than 16 years. Yes she is very busy. On the 6/2/26 I was there for my usual checkup but I was having chest pain which has been getting increasing worse over 8 months. My pain became incredibly bad and she stopped my appointment and treated me for a cardiac event with my normal lower BP being 196 over ?. My wife has been seeing Dr Benson for many years. During her latest consultation while discussing women’s issues, my wife casually mentioned that she had an aching left upper leg. Dr Benson immediately sent her for X-rays and scans and discovered she had 2 stress fractures in her femur, Dr Benson coordinated urgent surgery within a few days with a very positive outcome, if it wasn’t for Dr Benson my wife would of randomly broken her leg on the farm. Same experience as Judith Ho's and worse. Avoid. We found a fantastic, personable and thorough Endocrinologist for our daughter elsewhere.
Similar to other experiences on here, I've found her to be unnecessarily rude and patronising
