Stefany at the front desk (Kiwanis) went above and beyond to ensure my next appointment was categorized correctly by calling another dept. to ensure the correct link/reason was used. Kudos to her for ensuring I didn’t have an unpleasant surprise at my next visit. Thank you, Stefany!
Was in for an injury nothing too major. I appreciated the kind staff and Dr. Diemer was was kind and listened in which helped me. I haven't anything negative to say and probably wouldn't say anything negative anyway!
