I was in the office today and saw a teenager come in for an appointment to pick up her retainer. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up and her retainer wasn’t available, so she had made the trip to the office for no reason. Dr. Kate took it upon herself to offer her some cash to grab lunch and help cover the gas she had wasted making the trip. I thought that was incredibly kind and thoughtful. I do not recommend this orthodontist. Our experience has been disappointing because the orthodontist is consistently rude and disrespectful. My child and I are talked down to so much that he dreads going. Professionalism and respect should be such a basic part of taking care of patients, and unfortunately, that has not been our experience at all. Wish I had spent my money elsewhere.
Dr. Kate and her staff were AMAZING with my daughter and her orthodontic work. They helped her have a beautiful smile and were always so pleasant. Highly recommend if you want the absolute best!
Dr Kate’s office is so efficiently ran! Always on time and in and out. Everyone is friendly, informative, and the results speak for themselves. I have 3 children in braces here and am very pleased with the results. Dr. Kate and team explain the treatment plan so there’s no surprises, and make sure to hold the kids accountable to it!
