Dr. Kate McIlwaine is an outstanding doctor whose professionalism is complemented by her genuine compassion. She listens attentively, explains with clarity, and ensures you feel supported at every stage of your care. Her approachable nature and warmth inspire trust and make a real difference. I feel truly grateful to be in her care.
Dr McIlwaine is kind and knowledgeable, however I suspect that our treatment was unnecessarily dragged out. More importantly, we saw her via Genea Heidelberg who were completely incompetent (we left and went elsewhere). I would suggest reading their Google reviews before committing to treatment via their clinic.
Words cannot aptly express my gratitude at being referred to Dr Kate. After decades of gaslighting and being told my symptoms were in my head, Dr Kate was a unicorn find - someone took me seriously and listened to my experience without dismissal nor pre-judgement. I’m almost sad that my concerns have been remedied so well as I won’t need to see her again. Thank you for changing my life for the better.
Kate is a very through and knowledgeable Gyneacologist. I received excellent and compassionate care for all my medical appointments and inpatient hospital stay. Kate has a great supportive Medical Team with whom she co-ordinates to provide amazing and dedicated care. A big thank you !
Kate is a very devoted Gynacologist specialist and really knows her work. She is down to earth, caring and does not charge as much as other fertility specialist.
