Receptionist is rude and extremely disrespectful. She laughed at me when I asked to see my doctor who I've dealt with since the day I was born, gave me no option of scheduling a visit and basically hung up. This system is useless and unhelpful, changes need to be made. Note: this is the first public complaint I've ever made.
Every experience my husband & I have had with Health Team has been a very good experience .They are all very knowledgeable in there specific areas of expertise ,friendly , engaging in individual situations ,go above & beyond to assist & help the patients that are referred to them . Highly recommend any programme they offered as excellent in attempting to make everyone's quality of life better .
