Unfortunately, I am unpleased with my experience here. I broke my foot during the summer & I seen Dr.Heinlein. Originally I was looking forward to her because of the great reviews however, my experience was completely different. From the start, I felt like I was just thrown in a boot with no given instructions. With every appointment came “I don’t care about X-rays, I’m concerned how you feel” (with a whole break in my foot) and I was instructed to start walking asap. All the folks here were excellent! Very friendly and attentive to my needs! I was very impressed with Dr Heinlein! Everyone was well versed in their field! I really appreciated that Dr Heinlein asked me if I had any questions before I left! A lot of Dr's skip that part! I was sent a survey but it wouldn't let me get past the first page (confirm) so I figured this was as good as I could do! Excellent, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I had a total knee replacement and 7 weeks after that I was able to start riding my bike and walking several miles a day. HUGE SUCCESS.
