If you don't mind being on hold for an average of 18 minutes just to talk to the staff, I deal with many Dr offices and this one is by far the worst at answering a phone, I understand they could be busy but 9 times in a row all different times of the day, if your THAT busy, hire on another person, it's not fair to the patient Then when I go in for my visit, nobody's on the phone, go figure
I just started seeing Dr. Iyengar and adore her and her staff! She's the first Primary Doctor to listen and have a great empathy.
All of my interactions with Dr. Iyengar have been extremely positive. My appointments are never rushed. She asks for my input and addresses any questions or concerns. I am grateful that I was able to find such a caring physician after relocating from another state.
