In my opinion she’s arrogant and lacks a good bed side manner. I saw good in her but overall she seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered enough to hear me out, in fact she told me once to answer her questions and basically talked down to me like I wasn’t an intellectual person. I put up with it 3 times and decided never to see her again.
I love Dr Payne. She is a great listener and makes sure I understand what is going on. She really cares about her patients and I highly recommend her.
She is amazing. She listens to her patients and takes her time. I owe her so much.

Dr. Payne seemed like she was always rushing when she saw me. The first time, she was tripping over the legs of the chairs in the room we were in because she was trying to leave and talk at the same time. I felt like she wasn't really listening to me or believed what I was telling her.
