Zero stars. Dr. Katwala raised his voice at me because I was upset after being forced to wait for him, with my IV in, for more than 2 and 1/2 hours at Edward hospital. The surgical team appeared to be in no hurry whatsoever to take care of me. And it was orchestrated by Dr. Katwala. He believes he's entitled to do as he pleases even raising his voice when it is HIS fault. Forget about the patients condition.
Horrible experience. My child was misdiagnosed and it took weeks for an email follow up email. Needed to see another doctor for a proper diagnosis
Dr. Kashyap is very professional, commutative and caring. I saw him for a colonoscopy procedure and it went very smooth. He followed up instantly with the results and the next steps. The nursing staff was also very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Kashyap.
Dr. Katwala did an endoscopy to find gallstones in my bile duct. There were none found which was good news. The whole procedure took 20 minutes. However after waiting for him to talk to me afterwards for 1.5 hours I left. He started another procedure right away apparently without telling my wife that everything turned out fine. Would not recommend to anyone. Horrible communication.
