Refuses to call back in a timely manner the nurse got really rude with me when I asked if their system how to glitch because I had left many many messages along with my pharmacy

My 11 year old daughter was seen by Dr. Kashif Iqbal on Sunday, 4-7-19 around 6:15 PM. Her normal breathing sounded like someone was pouring hot water over Ice (terrible crackling sound) YES, it was that bad! She also had a terrible cough (which made the crackling sound worse) & pain in her upper right back.
