Perhaps I am still looking for someone to blame but this doctor unbelievably diagnosed my wife as possibly being 'lactose intolerant' and also needing to 'up her fibre content in her diet'. He gave her a diet sheet. But her stomach problems continued and shortly after her 'lack of fibre' diagnosis, I had to take her to A&E because of her severe discomfort and pain.
