I hate I even had to give her a star. She was the doctor to one of my clients I took care of for over 3 years now. It seems like a bother to get her to get meds pre-authorized I blame her for my client loosing her leg to diabetes cause it took her so long to get meds pre-authorized and by the time we got into another doctor it was to late for her. It's so sad to see this lady go to the gravesite where she buried her leg. She still tries to have an upbeat attitude though.
This place is pathetic. Dr. Kanuri doesn’t care about her patients. My mother needed her once- a- day required prescription medication called in monthly by Dr. Kanuri, and it was like pulling teeth trying to get Dr. Kanuri to pick up the phone and call it in. Dr. Kanuri would tell her she was going to call it in that day, and it would be 3-4 days later before she would call it in. This went on for a good year.
