Been taking kids to her for about 3 months. I have one child on 3 meds for adhd they have to be sent in monthly, I call in a week early every month. They never call them in. Last time we actually had an appointment for 2 kids, 1 for allergic rash, 1 to have stitches removed. They tried to cancel 10 minutes before the appointment when we were waiting in the lobby, because they were busy at just before 8 am. Have been a patient for about three years and from day one there has always been an issue with with getting prescriptions called in timely. Constantly have to call office several times, have been told numerous times that I could go to pharmacy to pick up meds only to get there and they not be called in by Dr. Reedy's office.

Our visit was for very minor reason but we were well entertained. She treated my wife understanding our concerns. She gave full attention as well as she didn't waste any time on talking anything else than the exact problem and its solution. Treatment worked perfectly. She also showed some warmth by speaking the language which my wife was comfortable with. (She can speak Marathi, Hindi, Telugu, English and may be more). Communication was really good.

Dr. Reddy is very friendly and detailed, but her office is a little understaffed, so it takes a little while to get finished with an appointment
