I had a very positive experience with Dr. Karthikeyan. They listened to my concerns, explained things in a simple way and made me feel comfortable during my treatment. Every visit was patient, professional and caring, I really appreciated the patience, the professionalism and the caring.
Absolutely horrid front desk person. Made an appointment with her to see the doctor. I show up and she claims a completely different time and is extremely rude and unprofessional about it. She was so loud and rude that a passerby that heard the whole thing turned to me and was like “OMG, I can’t believe the way she spoke to you. How rude.” Do NOT recommend this doctor at all.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Karthikeyan for my kidney issues, and I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve received. Since the initial appointment, all was clarified and done at a very slow pace, this helped me to calm down. The physician has also been able to go through the results of my test and respond to all my queries. I never felt in a hurry and always felt as I was really cared about.
Dr sai may be a good kidney doctor but can use a few lessons how he talks to his patients he's rude lacks compassion and should realize maybe his patients are nervous about there diagnoses. Refused to give me a prescription that on my last appt said it was my choice. The medication will slow down the progression of my ckd. Then he calls me up tells me he won't fill the prescription .
