Absolutely horrid front desk person. Made an appointment with her to see the doctor. I show up and she claims a completely different time and is extremely rude and unprofessional about it. She was so loud and rude that a passerby that heard the whole thing turned to me and was like “OMG, I can’t believe the way she spoke to you. How rude.” Do NOT recommend this doctor at all.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Karthikeyan for my kidney issues, and I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve received. Since the initial appointment, all was clarified and done at a very slow pace, this helped me to calm down. The physician has also been able to go through the results of my test and respond to all my queries. I never felt in a hurry and always felt as I was really cared about.
Dr sai may be a good kidney doctor but can use a few lessons how he talks to his patients he's rude lacks compassion and should realize maybe his patients are nervous about there diagnoses. Refused to give me a prescription that on my last appt said it was my choice. The medication will slow down the progression of my ckd. Then he calls me up tells me he won't fill the prescription . I’m writing for my husband. Dr Sai may be a decent kidney Dr however BESIDE MANNER is just as important. He is lacking in his listening skills as well as his response style. My husband was on a certain medication which helped his kidney numbers. He has other issues with his bladder which his urologist said to leave alone due to past complication with surgery . Dr Sai’s knowledge in the areas of kidney, diabetes and heart disease is top notch. Along with that intellect gets you a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend
