I was really nervous about my kidney function results, but Dr. Karthikeyan took the time to explain everything in plain English. He didn't rush me at all and made sure I felt comfortable with the next steps. It’s rare to find a specialist who is both brilliant and genuinely kind. I highly recommend him!
I started seeing Dr Sai over a year ago,when I first started going their the lady in the front was VERY rude! When I got to the office she apologized and say that's how "she talks ". I continue to see the Dr and wanted me to get a kidney biopsy , he wanted me to go Thur Wellington hospital,I continue to wait on a call from them the hospital never called me,I continue to tell Dr.Sai office that and everytime they called the hospital they lied and said they called me and they did not, because I keep my phone on me just because... read more
Dr. Sai is that classic doctor with a perfect bedside manner, who knows his stuff and actually cares about the patient. Even when I could tell he was getting frustrated with me, I could see him hitting the internal "reset button". He's great, and I'm glad I was referred to him. Joyce is awesome too! If she leaves, so do I!!!
Dr. Sai is an amazing doctor he is very patient very knowledgeable very courteous and respectful his staff is amazing. Always there with a smile and they’re all very understanding and very helpful I would recommend Dr.Sai To anyone who needs a nephrologist, he’s a Great doctor and his staff Joyce is amazing.
No idea how he got such high ratings. We saw him in the hospital he seemed ok during the consult then called on Friday to get discharged and he was extremely condescending to the nurses. I was planning on doing follow up with him but no way I will give someone like that our business.
