I want to give a Perfect 10 to Dr Sugumaran From meeting him and Erica his Office Manager everything was so professional and handled swiftly as my husband needed his gallbladder out sooner than later! The surgery was exactly 1 hour and my husband had immediate relieve. Dr Sugumaran spoke to me about the procedure and decided to keep him overnight because of the inflammation. I was just in Mease Countryside Hospital ER and Dr Sugumaran was called in for consultation on my case. I had never met him and knew nothing about him so I was at their mercy. He came in the evening i was admitted, he was very professional and informative and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I had "robotic" surgery the next morning to remove my gallbladder and was discharged (by my choice) that evening. Crystal and the rest of the staff is amazing. They made sure we got what we needed, always asking both me and my husband who is a patient if we are OK is there anything they could do.
