Dr. Sugumaran has performed three very extensive abdominal surgeries on me. The first one was in April, 2024 when my colon perforated. I was not stable enough to go to the OR upon admission and he checked on my progress daily until I was well enough to undergo surgery. I truly believe that he saved my life. Dr Sugumaran performed a reverse ostomy for me and I feel great 10 days post op. He is very skilled and can do complicated surgery. i was admitted to hospital with abdominal pain, bloating and vomiting, several enemas was performed, no results. Dr Sugumaran did an x ray and there was a significant blockage. He performed surgery that morning, i had no post surgical problems or significant pain. He analyzed my problem and did appropriate surgery, i am healing well, and feeling better everyday.
