I had such a positive experience with this Dr Kapoor. She was incredibly informative, caring, and attentive throughout my visit. For the first time at a primary care appointment, I truly felt seen and heard. My concerns were taken seriously, acknowledged, and addressed appropriately. As a result, the proper tests and examinations were ordered to make sure everything was thoroughly evaluated. I really appreciated the time and care they took to listen to me and make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her!

I was stuck seeing her for a medication refill last year. She was so awful that I still remember it very clearly. She wasn't my primary -- I was just given her for a telehealth appointment because I was having severe side effects with the medication I was on, and I needed it to be changed. She was very late to my appointment, and I quickly discovered she hadn't read my chart or why I booked a session with her that day. My experience with Dr. Karnika Kapoor was beyond unacceptable. After being her patient for years, I was blindsided by a last-minute demand to obtain multiple medical clearances from other physicians. Despite the unreasonable timing, I did everything asked of me and secured all required clearances in writing. Every other doctor involved had no issue clearing me.
