I went to her for the first time 3-years ago and thought she was okay, but not really thorough. I went back a second time last year and she was still just okay. I contacted her office because I had an issue that was not an emergency (not 911) but it was an urgent situation for which I needed a referral from her. I received a call back 3-WEEKS later asking me to come in to take some tests. I did not go in and will never go back!

Incompetent staff, Dr Sanchez had a refill request for over a week to refill and I was never contacted telling me she needed labs and a visit so I ran out of my meds. This happened more than once. The receptionist answering the phone is clearly clueless and gives you that no confidence feeling with the practice. I’m changing doctors today!

The first time I saw Dr. Sanchez, I wasn't sure how we would get along. But, after seeing her for a few years, I really like her. She is very personable and her bedside manner is great. She speaks to me as a peer, which I appreciate. She honors my requests for medications while also offering alternative ideas for my anxiety. The office is clean and professional and they have always been on time-never running late. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Sanchez!

She was more interested in her male medical student than anything I had to say. I have several medical conditions & when I tried to explain to her my symptoms she didn't seem interested or listen at all! Her main concern was to leave the office because it was past 12:00pm, by her own admission. I went to see her bc I had been having chest pain & pressure with shortness of breath & she didn't even listen to my heart or lungs. Very dismissive & unprofessional! BIG WASTE OF TIME!

I disagree with previous reviewers; I think Dr. Sanchez has a very pleasant bedside manner and I find her very attentive, thorough, and perspicuous. Also, I've never had to wait long for my prescriptions to reach my pharmacy. Having knowledge of the medical industry myself, I can understand that it can be frustrating when your doctor has to spend so much time entering information into a computer but that is the world we now live in with insurance documentation requirements being what they are.

I would never recommend her to anyone. I have been trying to get a refill on my meds for 3 days and it still hasn"t been called in

I hav been goin to Sanchez for more than 4 yrs. I followed her from her previous location in dundalk. I can truly say I LUV MY DOCTOR. she is very through, and you can be very open and honest with her. She makes u feel very comfortable

Horrible bedside manner! Dismissive & abrupt. I am overall healthy but had been experiencing symptoms that were concerning enough to bring to her attention. She was quick to give a textbook reply without fully listening to gain an understanding of what was going on with me & to properly diagnose. She made little eye contact as she busy typing or was otherwise destracted during the exam & asked if I was "finished now" because she needed to complete the physical. Not a physician I would recommend.

She does not take the time to know her patients or care. Went to her telling her I felt sick and she said she is too busy to order tests to follow up on that I should just go to the ER.
