We have been waiting over 3 months for an appointment that is scheduled for next month and out of the blue got a call today that this doctor doesn’t treat thyroid issues and to reschedule with someone else. Who has ever heard of an endocrinologist that doesn’t treat thyroid? Why would it take this long to call? Now we have to wait months again for someone else. When we first called, the scheduler double checked multiple times before they even scheduled this months ago.
My wife sought guidance from Dr. Arce and her team, hoping to receive compassionate care and support during a stressful and emotional time with reoccurring health issues. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and there seemed to be very little regard for the emotional situation patients may be experiencing.
