Westenfelder was rude, belligerent, and condescending. Rather than answer my questions regarding urinary retention, he spent the whole appointment berating me for having chosen a treatment (TULSA) over the ones he is selling! (surgery, chemo and radiation) He blamed my urinary retention (UR) on the TULSA procedure even though I had documented verbally and in writing that the UR had begun two years prior to said procedure and had become acute two months prior to the TULSA.
