My experience was positive. My check in process went smoothly, my wait time was reasonable & I was seen within several minutes of my appointment time. Everyone was friendly and professional.
My dad recently had a hip replacement with Dr. Pankratz, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Pankratz is skilled, kind, and thorough. Tyler Roberts and all the nurses were incredible as well attentive, patient, and truly caring throughout the entire process. We are so thankful for the excellent care he received.
He answered my questions that were unrelated to my current treatment, and was very personable and informative… I’d recommend him and his staff to anyone who needs orthopedic care.
Friendly staff. The Dr looked at my xrays n explained to me what he saw n prescribed an injection. I was lucky enough to get it all done in one day. That made me happy! The injection worked for several years!!! So here I go again n I hope it goes like before 1,2,3 n done.
