The first thing I noticed is that patients in the waiting room seemed happy to see him and he seemed glad to see them. He listened well, was very straightforward, and had an excellent way of connecting. He has always been more personable than many doctors in my life. And he seems to be very well qualified with lots of clinical and teaching experience.
