Absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful medical office. The reception staff is rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. The moment you walk into the office, their faces are miserable and full of attitude, like you owe them something just for being there. Unbelievable behavior for people working in healthcare. Do you enjoy wasting your time at urgent care every time you need a refill on your life-saving medication? If so, Karine Gaboian is the doctor for you! I have never met another healthcare provider that fails so spectacularly at providing basic care to their patients. Was not understanding at all when telling her my symptoms she said I was too young to be having any complications although my blood test results had a lot of yellow flags she told me she didn’t understand why I was there
BEWARE. STAY AWAY. I have been trying to get my mom’s prescriptions refilled for almost two weeks now, and they just keep giving me the run around. My mom is now out of medication.
