Very very rude front desk especially Diana . Your asking her question she gives you attitude . They don’t know how to talk to patients, very rude and they rude with phone callers . They need to understand they not allowed to be rude with patients, if they don’t like their job the need to quiet. I’m very close to put a complaint at Medical Board of California so they can investigate them .
Absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful medical office. The reception staff is rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. The moment you walk into the office, their faces are miserable and full of attitude, like you owe them something just for being there. Unbelievable behavior for people working in healthcare.
