Dr Karine Carpentier is the best dentist you could ever ask for, she’s very friendly and super gentle during procedures. Her team of hygienists are also really good. The lady’s at the front counter are awesome. Can’t say enough good things, I would 100% recommend her to anybody
The staff are super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The clinic is spotless and well-organized, and the location is very convenient. Definitely recommend!
Dental work is top notch but the front desk organization is atrocious. Was told different things by different people which makes it impossible to make my plans accordingly. I told them I needed a tooth extraction, at their dentists recommendation, but they insisted I need a follow up first. Made the appointment for the follow up but less than 24hrs before the appointment they said no follow up necessary we have to re-book for an extraction. Disorganized and unprofessional.

Elle prend le temps d’expliquer chaque geste, elle travaille avec précision et humanité. Grâce à elle, mes rendez-vous chez le dentiste ne sont plus une source de stress. Je la recommande les yeux fermés ! She is bilingual :)
Had extreme tooth pain onset rapidly and the clinic was able to get me in the next morning. All staff I interacted with, from the ladies at the front desk, to the assistants, to the dentists were kind and informative. Highly recommend.
