They are a great team.
My young nephew had a terrible dental experience, one dental hygienist in particular was unfortunately very dismissive of his feelings and concerns.
My son had a very upsetting experience at the dentist. He went in feeling nervous and had questions, but was told to stop asking questions as things would go faster. At one point when he said something hurt, the hygienist responded in an unprofessional and dismissive way. Her response was « whaa, whaa, whaa» a crying baby sound. The way their staff belittles parents AND children is the most disgusting behaviour I’ve ever witnessed. The hygienist had a young child leaving in tears. Do not bring your children here.
