Unorganized and dishonest. Be prepared to take charge of your own health because they don't. Definitely don't go here for a pregnancy. You will see a different doctor each time and none of them know anything about what the other ones say.

The Lithia office is a pleasure to visit. All employees were friendly, happy, accommodating, and made my visit pleasant. I think Dr. DenHaese is wonderful!

Just a note Alicia was very good at check in. Very helpful. At check out Elda was so so sorta ingored me at first. The very very best was intake Esminds she was very considerate and caring. I will remember her! Thank you Rebecca Frederick

I was referred by my primary doctor as my current womens dr was unable to get me in due the urgent needs of my situation. I made the appointment and ever since then I am in complete care and know that I am not a number but a patient with a name. I love how Dr. Stanton explains things and is very thorough with everything she does! I love the staff and very pleased to say I have found an awesome Dr and staff!!! I will recommend this office to everyone!!!

I have to say that it was difficult at first to get an appt as I had left several messages before getting a return ph call. However once I did get a real person I was happy with the service as my appt was sooner than expected. I was told to arrive 15 min early but thought it unnecessary as I hate waiting in dr.'s offices as though my time is invaluable. BTW, I had already updated my info via the Web. Now for the good part. While setting up the appointment over the phone, the staff asked that I arrive fifteen minutes early to fill out paperwork. Upon arriving, they did not give me the paperwork until fifteen minutes past my appointment. After another half hour of waiting, they finally asked that I pay my bill, almost double what another office quoted me. As I did not have the money, I had to leave after an hour wait. they are morons. I called to make an appt, left a msg, they called bqck qnd said i must have made a mistake because i have never been there, but they checked and i have been a patient of ob gym assoc and then gave me their number. I dont like ob gym assoc and wanted to try a new place...no thnks now...and you can NEVER get thru and speak to a person. Terriblecustomer ervice.

what is your real phone number, You have a voice mail saying call monday through friday 8.00-5.00pm and I can never get through to anyone. How are we suppose to make appointment????drive there or what, tired of talking to the machine and then get disconnected.

I am not sure why this office has so many bad reviews...I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Everyone is friendly and attentive and I absolutely love Dr. Whitehead...He is honest, caring and attentive. He is an example of what doctors should be and is not concerned with the bureaucratic health care system. His only concern is doing anything possible to make sure his patient feels better. Awesome place, awesome doctor!!!! I would recommend this place to any and everyone!!!!!
