I have seen a number of councilors/therapists throughout my life, all wonderful, but no one has helped me more so than Karin Madsen-Lagacy. She has kept me going through the hardest points of my life and remains steadfast and hopeful even when I'm not. She is an excellent doctor to have in your corner.
Dr. Madsen presented to our staff about the topic of anxiety and how to support students best. She was absolutely wonderful in her approach, and her willingness to share her wealth of knowledge with us. She provided an overview of information as well as practical tips on how to intervene with students who experience anxiety. She is a great listener, a wonderful public speaker, and a great support!
