Both Dr Li & her staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty again and again. Both my husband & I have been grateful for her incredible attention to detail as well as great bedside manner and follow up care. Her knowledge in the medical field has been above what I have experienced with other General practicioners.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Li since 2017, She continues to give excellent and thorough care whenever I see her. Dr.Li has a very professional office staff, that follows through in a timely manner, the office also offers early morning appointments making it easy to schedule an appointment before work. Dr.Li treats you like family and always show genuine concern and compassion when seeing you. I recommend Dr.Li to anyone looking for a great Dr.

I wrote a review before and this is on a new interaction with Dr Li and her staff. My condition causes me to get into high pain. What's important to me is the staffs responsiveness in terms of taking my issue seriously and communicating with Dr Li. I received the necessary meds, and Dr followed up to be sure they were working. I find follow up to be very important for me. I feel like that office cares. Ty Dr. Li and staff.

Doctor Li was nice, but her staff is so rude. Came in for my appointment and was greeted with, "Your name?" instead of a hello and welcome. No bedside manners from the guy who took my blood pressure and vitals. The girl at the front desk put the wrong birthdate when giving me my testing papers. I walked all the way back and told her. She did not apologize and proceeded to shout "YOU'RE WELCOME" when she handed me the corrected form, that she messed up on.
