I was fortunate enough to have Dr Karim as my surgeon for a Mitral Valve Prolapse procedure September 24 2019 at Royal Columbian Hospital. Dr Karim was able to perform a complicated repair of the Mitral Valve, enabling me to avoid the issues involved with a valve replacement. I am feeling great only 8 weeks later and am looking forward to returning to active duty, as a First Responder, thanks to Dr Karim’s meticulous work.
