Very inconsiderate of time spent in the rooms less time i ever spent in the room was over one and half and the most was 3 hours no sense to let anyone stay in the room that long at anytime
We’ve been with the James and Multimodality Clinic for 10 years. Every experience has been good. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Khristina Lahm, our Nurse Practitioner is top-notch as has been every Physician we’ve encountered.
Dr Kendra is the perfect combination of brilliant and compassionate. From our first meeting she gave me the information I needed to feel well informed and confident. When the news wasn’t good, she literally and figuratively held my hand and walked me through what needed to be done to make me well again. When the news was good, she celebrated with me. I feel blessed to have Dr Kendra as my Oncologist.
She sits down and explains everything to you. You feel so comfortable with her.
Our anxieties were put to rest when we discussed my dad's side effects with Dr. Kendra. She truly explored all of the blood work, the chest x-rays, the medications now needed and what we should expect in the next few days as we turn this around. Dad truly is improving and so this is just a slight bump in the road but it's hard to see that when your anxiety is high and she alleviated all of our concerns. Thank you so very much for all of the excellent care!
