I really like Dr Perkins, but the front office is another story. I had a telehealth call scheduled and I didn’t get the call. During my initial visit, I made the request to get the call after 5pm and was told telehealth call are made after 6pm. This is great, so I gave them my cell phone number. 2 days after the scheduled time I called to inform i didn’t receive the call. The male in the front office said she called but no one picked up. I had one appointment with Dr. Perkins. I missed her call on an evening she told me she would call. I didn’t expect her to call me at 9 pm. We’re were supposed to go over lab results but it’s been months. No one has reached back out and they have not been answering the phone. The voice message that comes up says never to leave a voicemail. Now I have no clue about my lab results. I’ve received a bill in the mail for the visit though.

Dr. Perkins herself is very professional and caring. The communication within this practice is TERRIBLE. No one ever answers the phone. Can't get a telehealth phone call for 3-4 weeks, that call occurs at 7-9pm. Overall Dr. Perkins is a delight but this practice def needs to be redone and communication needs to improve
Dr. Perkins cared and delivered my 11, and 7 year old daughter's and also my 4 year old son. She is wonderful, very caring, understanding, and very professional. However my years of attending her office she has had a few staff changes good and bad, which could steer you away, but if you truly love the care from Dr. Perkins I would not let her staff or no one stop you from going to her. Nothing and no one is perfect. I don't think she would have a problem if you tell her your concerns. She is a great Doctor.
