Dr. Perkins is great, but her front desk staff is unresponsive. A prescription was supposed to be called to my pharmacy and was not there. I’ve been calling their office since Tuesday and no one has answered despite their call hours being between 9-12.
Dr.Perkins is an amazing OBGYN and GYN she has delivered 5 of my children and I wouldn't have it any other way the staff are very professional clean and amazing with understanding your needs I not once had a problem with Dr Perkins or her staff the care and knowledge she has for her patients is amazing so to any women or mother to be this is the Dr you need and want
I love Dr. Perkins, the staff is nice. I just wish they would update the technology. But overall, great Dr.
I really like Dr Perkins, but the front office is another story. I had a telehealth call scheduled and I didn’t get the call. During my initial visit, I made the request to get the call after 5pm and was told telehealth call are made after 6pm. This is great, so I gave them my cell phone number. 2 days after the scheduled time I called to inform i didn’t receive the call. The male in the front office said she called but no one picked up. I had one appointment with Dr. Perkins. I missed her call on an evening she told me she would call. I didn’t expect her to call me at 9 pm. We’re were supposed to go over lab results but it’s been months. No one has reached back out and they have not been answering the phone. The voice message that comes up says never to leave a voicemail. Now I have no clue about my lab results. I’ve received a bill in the mail for the visit though.
