I have known Karen for over 20 years. Her skill set is expansive and she thinks outside the box. She is always trying to do what is best for her clients. Having her clients "work" in therapy and in sessions allows her clients to build their own skills so they can be more successful at dealing with their own issues later on. She tries to accommodates her clients schedules and in an emergency will return calls and set up extra sessions if necessary.
