Dr Sheng is an incredible OB - so kind and attentive, so professional and knowledgable. She also has a great sense of humour and is a really lovely person, we loved our regular appointments with her! Can't recommend her highly enough.
Dr Sheng was our OB for our daughter who was born this April. Karen was amazing throughout the process. She was very knowledgable and gave us great, practical advice throughout the pregnancy, and was so professional as well. Our daughter’s birth and my wife’s recovery went well. Karen cares for her patients, both the mother and newborn, so we had a great experience over 9 months. Jo, who manages the office was really helpful and responsive as well. If we’re lucky enough to have a second, we’ll go back to Karen.
I cannot recommend Dr. Karen Sheng highly enough. From my first appointment, I felt welcomed and supported. Dr.Sheng took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my pregnancy. Jo is also fantastic, always friendly and accommodating. We had the pleasure of having two children born under Karen's care. Despite being so busy and in demand (for good reason), we found Karen to be not only knowledgeable but attentive, warm and reassuring - a combination of attributes not guaranteed in healthcare professionals. Our experience with our firstborn informed her approach to our second birth so having that background was really valuable.
