I left this doctor's office 15 years ago due to the careless culture, and I'm appalled to see that nothing has changed. My mother remains a patient here, and the treatment she receives from the front-desk staff is nothing but negligent. Today, I witnessed a phone call where my mother—a long-time patient—was seeking a blood test for dangerously high blood pressure. if you are not going to provide care for your patients, accomodate them, or even call them back, maybe it is time to pack it in and retire. Pure negligence. look elsewhere.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I’ve been a patient at this office for over 30 years, and in the last 5-10 years, it has become nearly impossible to book an appointment. The office pushes a “same-day appointments” policy, which doesn’t work for anyone needing to plan ahead or take time off work. A call was made a few months ago from a concerned family me never to the doctor. It was very serious and no one ever reached back from the office for a wellness check. Pathetic example esp since the patient has been with them forever.
I have been with Dr. Selwyn for over 20 years . I love her. She always makes me feel looked after. I trust her with my life.
