if you are not going to provide care for your patients, accomodate them, or even call them back, maybe it is time to pack it in and retire. Pure negligence. look elsewhere.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I’ve been a patient at this office for over 30 years, and in the last 5-10 years, it has become nearly impossible to book an appointment. The office pushes a “same-day appointments” policy, which doesn’t work for anyone needing to plan ahead or take time off work. Even if I preemptively book a day off, there's little chance I’ll be seen same-day - I've tried this before, only to be told there’s no availability. A call was made a few months ago from a concerned family me never to the doctor. It was very serious and no one ever reached back from the office for a wellness check. Pathetic example esp since the patient has been with them forever.
I have been with Dr. Selwyn for over 20 years . I love her. She always makes me feel looked after. I trust her with my life.
Dr.Selwyn is our 2 month olds doctor and we were referred to her through St.Josephs as our baby was in the NICU. We have absolutely loved having her as our doctor! She’s caring, incredibly helpful and always works to see us when we have something we’re worried about. As first time parents, there’s a lot to be scared of and a lot we don’t know. Thankfully we have Dr.Selwyn that we trust to help us through it! We’re so glad she’s Easton’s doctor, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better Dr. ☺️
