There’s a reason her name is “Karen”
Impossible to get ahold of. Voicemails take 5 days, they tell you all the ways you CANT get ahold of them, and they never actually answer the phone.
I left this doctor's office 15 years ago due to the careless culture, and I'm appalled to see that nothing has changed. My mother remains a patient here, and the treatment she receives from the front-desk staff is nothing but negligent. Today, I witnessed a phone call where my mother—a long-time patient—was seeking a blood test for dangerously high blood pressure. if you are not going to provide care for your patients, accomodate them, or even call them back, maybe it is time to pack it in and retire. Pure negligence. look elsewhere.
