Not surprised of the negative reviews. Receptionist was passive aggressive over the phone and by email. Initial appointment was about 5 minutes long and they made me feel like my referral was a waste of their time. Follow-up was scheduled for a year later and I cancelled because of the initial experience. A few months later I thought I’d try again. I made contact and did what they asked, got a new referral. I really appreciated 100% the level or care from front desk and the Specialist. The data confirmed multiple issues I've had to endure for some years undiagnosed pain and numbness point, now some hope to resolve, when we know we feel better, very thorough and experienced is obvious, they have my utmost thanks. Karen

I had an appointment for nerve conductivity testing with Dr Sank. Unfortunately, I had mixed up the time and arrived 15 minutes late. Despite having her next patient arriving in 15 minutes, she and her receptionist squeezed me in without complaint and completed the testing first, to ensure the next patient wasn't impacted, and then completing the paper work after my appointment time. I thought Dr Sank and her staff were highly professional, flexible and respectful.

I have seen Dr Sank twice now. Upon first consultation, she diagnosed two conditions I have that I could not get answers to over the past 10 years. She is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I felt really comfortable and listened to during both consultations. Her receptionist Leigha, has been lovely on both occasions and with contact between appointments.
