Dr Potter is absolutely THE BEST!! When I called, her staff was professional and kind. They made room in her schedule for my 97 year old client who was in horrible pain. She was gentle and compassionate with her. She treated and resolved the issue immediately. Then when my husband needed an emergency root canal, Dr Potter again, went above and beyond to help him to resolve his pain! She is current in treatments, professional, friendly and kind. Dr. Potter helped with getting the tooth pain to go away and fast. I was lucky to get seen so quickly. Her level of care, knowledge, and technique has by far been the best root canal experience I've ever had. That said, no one wants a root canal, but if you need to get one done I highly recommend her. My chair time was minimal, compared to other root canals I have had.
Very pricey, and is not in network with any insurance. I went in for a consultation and got a quote that was at least $900 more than another office in the same area. I felt pressured and rushed the staff are like a bunch of caddy women..
Dr. Potter and assistant are amazing ! Work well together , very efficient! Office staff very professional and caring . Would highly recommend!
