Who likes going to the doctor? It was always an uncomfortable experience for me. However, after meeting Dr. Peters and her assistant Wendy my experience changed for the better. Dr. Karen Peters is the most amazing physician! She listens to me and responds to my every concern. I truly believe that she cares about me and my mental and physical health. She reviews every lab result patiently and thoroughly and makes recommendations to where and how I can improve my health. I am so thankful to have Dr. Peters as my doctor.
Called to make new patient appointment, Advised the receptionist that I have a new insurance company after having BCBC for 35 years, It's now BCBC NJ Fam Care. With a nasty tone, oh now we don't take Medicare..! I nicely stated then why is the Dr. listed as my primary care physician, and why does the DR's website state that the Dr. IS excepting new patients.. I'm not sure if the lady was having a bad day or not, But Some respect would be nice!!!!! Have a nice day.

Dr. Peters and, assistant, Wendy are great. They both are personable, kind, and more than happy to answer your questions. I can get in touch with Dr. Peter within a couple of hours if I have a questions outside of appointments. I recommend Dr. Peters.
