Best, Smartest , Caring Rheumatologist I know of. I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since age 4 and i am 61 now. I found her at least 10-15 years ago. Excellent Excellent doc, caring , so knowledgeable, goes beyond the extra mile. As others have said expect a wait of a long time ( hours)( only reason for 4 stars), needless to say in my boat and I am sure many others, its very painful for me to go there to an appt, it hurts due to the long wait and long appt. Doctor Nepveu is thorough, caring and gives diagnosis after making sure she has all the information she needs.
My son, in his early twenties, has a complicated case of lupus nephritis. Dr. Nepvue refused to see him for a second appointment. Instead of directly telling us the doctor was not interested they refused to take my call and sent my 20 some phone calls (not exaggerating) to the answering service with never a returned call. It is legitimately impossible to get an appointment, even with a referral. Don't bother.
I was so excited about meeting this Dr even though some reviews weren’t good I loved that they said she’s thorough So when I arrived a note taped on window stating no perfumes or fragrances to respect others and office…. Really all things have a scent but Wouldn’t you tell your Clients prior to arrival that YOYR office DOESNT want any perfumes or fragrances????
