This was the second time I went to the Columbia Falls Orthopedic office on 11th. The first time was to see Dr. Joyce, my appt. was at 3:00, I waited 30 min. in the waiting room, then was put into a room and told to put shorts on. The room was very cold. I waiting 1 45 minutes before leaving without seeing the dr.! A nurse did come in to take vitals, but she could not get the computer to work. Without a doubt, the best. Did both of my shoulders. They are great! Highly recommend.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Perser to anyone. She is one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the valley. I was very impressed by her kindness and the time she takes to explain any and all options. She is the best!
