I saw Karen once, the experience left me unsettled and hopeless to my situation. She was rude, insensitive and gave me no real solution or care. I went to see her after nearly a year of back to back urine infections with gp’s having no explanation. I have experienced severe pain and multiple times visible amounts of blood in my urine when I use the toilet. Saw Dr McKertich today. Apprehensively due to Google reviews. I found her and staff to be engaging and reassuring. Dr listened to my issues and explained fully what was needed to be done. I came away from appointment happy with experience. Would have no issues highly recommending Dr McKertich.
Worst experience of my life! I’d never been in more pain ever! - this is what I experienced: Procedure was a Cystoscopy - Karen started the procedure BEFORE the numbing cream had worked!!!!!! - uncontrollable shaking - 11/10 pain - She started the procedure before the numbing cream had worked (she was running very late that day, about 1 hour) - she Ignored my distress and finished the procedure even though I was crying and shaking and hyperventilating - I cried every day for a week after the procedure because I couldn’t get ... read more
