Had an amazing experience at this practice. I was referred by my rheumatologist to go in for a benlysta infusion. Firstly, Dr Shainsky was very nice and thorough with my medical history you could tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Secondly, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and were able to schedule me in a pinch. The nurse made sure I was very comfortable and the lady from the front desk even got me a plate of food while I was getting my treatment. I rarely leave comments about Doctors, as my indifference towards them rightfully matches their indifference towards patient's wellness, and their excessive concerns about insurance reimbursements, but what I have witnessed today deserves a special comment. I took my mother to see Dr. Shainsky, and what I saw was shocking and unusual in a very good way.
