It was a difficult case, but you handled it with such skill, attention, and patience. Now I can finally smile with confidence again — the result looks natural and seamless! I was referred to Dr. Karen by a friend who assists her with dental prosthetics. My friend recommended her because he has observed that Dr. Karen is very meticulous in her requirements for the prosthetics. She prioritizes her patients.
Thank you to the team at Define Dental for seeing my grandma last week! When we arrived, we realized we had mixed up the dates for her appointment. It would have been hard to bring her back due to accessibility issues, but Elsa, Ada, and Dr. Yim were so kind and accommodating in fitting my grandma's recall appointment into the schedule that day. My grandma mentioned the hygienist, Ada, was patient and gentle with her throughout the appointment. Very great service from a caring team!
