Wonderful and supportive staff for my neurodiverse family member who transitioned from a paediatric dental clinic recently.
Edit: After checking, I definitely received email notices for a claim on the consultation even though I confirmed it was free over the phone. No other clinic has done that before, claiming insurance without letting me know. Upon looking in detail the X-rays were dental estimates, so I admit I was confused with all the emails. However, I wish things were explained more clearly either over the phone or in person that my insurance would be contacted this way. I don’t like unexpected charges or emails from my insurance.
