Edit: After checking, I definitely received email notices for a claim on the consultation even though I confirmed it was free over the phone. No other clinic has done that before, claiming insurance without letting me know. Upon looking in detail the X-rays were dental estimates, so I admit I was confused with all the emails. However, I wish things were explained more clearly either over the phone or in person that my insurance would be contacted this way. I don’t like unexpected charges or emails from my insurance. Dr Liang and staff were friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. They understood what I needed and made my appointment very easy for me. I finally found my preferred Dentist!
Dr. Liang is an absolute gem, and I’ve been so lucky to call her my dentist for the last 5 or so years. Through regular cleanings, X-rays, fillings, Invisalign, and now my baby’s first ever dentist appointment, Dr. Liang has been there every step of the way, and my teeth have never looked or felt better. Thanks Dr. Liang and team!
