Edit: After checking, I definitely received email notices for a claim on the consultation even though I confirmed it was free over the phone. No other clinic has done that before, claiming insurance without letting me know. Upon looking in detail the X-rays were dental estimates, so I admit I was confused with all the emails. However, I wish things were explained more clearly either over the phone or in person that my insurance would be contacted this way. I don’t like unexpected charges or emails from my insurance. Dr Liang and staff were friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. They understood what I needed and made my appointment very easy for me. I finally found my preferred Dentist!
Dr. Liang is an absolute gem, and I’ve been so lucky to call her my dentist for the last 5 or so years. Through regular cleanings, X-rays, fillings, Invisalign, and now my baby’s first ever dentist appointment, Dr. Liang has been there every step of the way, and my teeth have never looked or felt better.
