Doctor and staff are friendly and very patience.
Never come to Define Dental!!! They don't care with your life. They only care to get your money, drain your insurance. I called them to book teeth cleaning and asked how much is it. The receptionist told me it's $500+. I was surprised so I asked her to send me the detail (see the picture attached). I was okay with that and booked the appointment. I highly recommend this dentist Dr. Karen, she was very patient and took the time to explain every one of my questions clearly. She carefully addressed all of my dental concerns and did her best to identify and treat not only the problems I noticed, but also issues I wasn't aware of. I really appreciated her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. Thank you for providing such excellent dental care!
