Neither raves nor complaints regarding staff. The comfort of the waiting room seating is not important to me. The office was easy enough to find. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait much longer at other places. Dr. Tan is professional and friendly and takes the time to thoroughly answer questions.

They accuse me of making problems up Was this ENT otolaryngologist's staff friendly? Not Really Does this provider have helpful information available online? Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable
