Dr. Collins is very caring and takes time to listen.
The service I received from Dr. Collins's staff was unacceptable. I had an issue picking up my prescription. After talking with my insurance company, I spoke with their staff who said they would send in the necessary paperwork and everything would be good for me to get my prescription in 7-10 days. Two weeks later I called, was given no information but was told they'd call me back. Two days later they called and I found out they hadn't done anything or even written down that I needed help!
Dr. Collins is an experienced professional, who provides patients with exceptional care. She has always been willing to answer questions and address concerns I've had. She is able to combine her extensive traditional medical training and experience with practical knowledge of complementary holistic treatment approaches, and I believe the medical community would be better served if it had more doctors like her. She's A++ !
The worst THE ABSOLUTELY WORST Experience a patient could have with any medical office. Please don't schedule appointments with this office, you will feel like you are neither wanted or needed there!!! Cannot say anything about Dr. Collins as i didn't get to see her. It was supposed to be my first visit and obviously D. Collins stuff makes it impossible to see her and maybe they are instructed to treat new patients like garbage. DO NOT GO TO THAT OFFICE
