I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this front desk. I have been calling for over two weeks to schedule an appointment, and each time I’m given a different excuse — from not receiving information, to fax issues, to forgetting to contact my primary doctor for necessary details. Despite my repeated attempts, no one has taken responsibility or followed through. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of efficiency is unacceptable.
This office has demonstrated an alarming level of disorganization. Each time I call, I’m given a different story about why they can’t move forward — anything from missing details to “technical issues,” or claims that they still haven’t reached out to my primary doctor. It’s clear that no one is taking responsibility or making any real effort to resolve basic tasks. The overall lack of professionalism and accountability is extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on how they treat their patients.
The waits are always ridiculously long.
Amazing doctor! Takes the time to listen to the patient and goes out of her way to explain. The best!!!
