Horrible administration. They removed me from the current patient list because I had not been able to go since the pandemic. Then when I asked them to transfer my records to another Endo because my primary care physician said he didn’t want me to wait 6 months to be seen, (first available appointment), they never sent the records. So disappointed because honestly I loved this place.
I am currently on hold for more than 22 minutes waiting to talk to someone about my appointment for tomorrow, but the recording keeps announcing my wait time is 2 minutes! Now it’s been over 24 minutes. This is ridiculous!!!
