Tried to make an appointment 3 times and they kept hanging up on me because I’m a new patient. That’s very weird!!!!
All the technology in the world and who ever designed the building was an idiot. Good thing there are a bunch of Doctors. However, they need a proctologist to read minds because no one has any idea where to go. Kiosk helps you check in, when it's working. The 3 ladies at the check in desk have lines all the way to the front door. However, the worst part is, where are you going? There's NO Directory!
